Hi, I’m Cee [pronounced Sea]. I work as a therapist in Shirehampton.
I support people facing depression, anxiety, and life’s challenges to build confidence, find connection, and create a more fulfilling life.
I love working with people from different backgrounds and identities, including those who have ADHD or are autistic.
My approach is warm, affirming, and tailored to each person’s unique needs, helping them navigate challenges in a way that feels right for them. Whether someone is struggling with self-doubt, loneliness, or big life transitions, I provide a space to explore, grow, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
What I offer
Depression
I support people experiencing depression, offering a compassionate space to explore difficult emotions, regain a sense of hope, and rediscover meaning in life
Anxiety
I help people manage anxiety by creating a supportive space to understand their worries, develop coping strategies, and build confidence in facing life’s challenges.
Working through the past
I support people in processing past experiences, helping them make sense of their story, heal from old wounds, and move forward with greater self-understanding and ease.
Understanding yourself
I help people explore and understand their authentic selves, supporting them in embracing who they truly are and living in a way that feels genuine and fulfilling.
Exploring transition
Sometimes our life changes in unexpected and often painful ways. It can be helpful to talk to someone to process some of the difficult feelings that may emerge.
