I am a therapist based in Shirehampton, offering a compassionate and non-judgmental space for people who feel lonely, different, or disconnected. My approach is warm, empathetic, and person-centered, helping you navigate challenges like anxiety, social isolation, and self-doubt. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard and understood, and I work with you to build confidence, strengthen connections, and create a more fulfilling life.
I have extensive experience working in community-based roles, supporting people through life’s complexities. My first career was working as a government economist, and I worked with many community organisations. I’ve also spent time working as a support worker, specialising in helping people struggling with ADHD and Autism. I volunteer for a low-cost counselling service called Listening Post.
I have a Diploma in Person Centred Counselling from Cornwall College and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
When I’m not working (or scrolling…) I enjoy looking out for foxes on evening walks, eating things with tahini, convincing my spaniel to return his ball and researching hiking gear I can’t afford.
