We can set up a time to have an introductory chat about working together. In that discussion, I’ll ask you about what you want to get out of our work together, any previous therapy experiences you’ve had, and anything else you might want me to know.

You can ask me any questions you may have about me or what working together would be like. We may discuss some of the logistics of working together ie. in person or online, and what our availabilities are.

I think it’s important clients get a chance to choose who they want to work with so you may want to talk to other therapists and there is never any pressure to work together.
